Rack Supported Platform

This project features a rack-supported multi-level storage platform designed specifically for high-density tyre storage. The structure integrates a racking system and elevated flooring into one unified solution, maximizing vertical space while keeping the overall warehouse footprint efficient. Each level is built with a 3-meter clear height, allowing safe handling and easy movement of tyres and pallets.

The platform includes pallet loading gates for secure material transfer between levels, and a spiral chute to allow controlled, gravity-fed tyre movement from upper levels to ground-level picking or dispatch zones. Staircases and designated walkways are incorporated to provide safe and efficient personnel access across all tiers.

For fire protection and regulatory compliance, the design includes a complete in-rack sprinkler system, ensuring full coverage throughout all storage levels. All structural components, flooring, guardrails, and access systems are engineered to meet industrial safety and load-bearing standards, ensuring durability and operational reliability.
