Parcel Sorting Center Mezzanine System

This project involves the design and construction of a dedicated mezzanine platform to support a high-speed parcel sorting system and conveyor network. The structure is engineered to accommodate continuous operational loads and equipment movement, ensuring stability and smooth system performance during peak throughput periods.

Special attention was given to vibration control, as sorter and conveyor machinery generate dynamic forces. The mezzanine uses reinforced beams, optimized column spacing, and rigid floor support to minimize vibration transfer and maintain precise equipment alignment.

All structural works comply with relevant industrial codes, safety standards, and access requirements, including load certifications, guardrails, staircases, and non-slip walking surfaces.
